Life is Better With Balanced Hormones
Here’s a few (of many) potential benefits of optimizing hormones with personalized HRT treatments

Start by booking a free in-person consult with one of our nurse practitioners at clinics in Roswell or Hickory Flat. No fine-print, expensive memberships, or strings attached.
Book an appointment for a free 1:1 consultation with a medical professional. We'll discuss your symptoms and health goals to see if initial labwork makes sense.
Should you decide to move forward with initial lab work, we'll draw a blood sample onsite before you leave. Plan to schedule a follow-up appointment to review results within 2-3 days.
We'll review results with you during your follow-up appointment. If your hormones are imbalanced, we'll review an HRT plan to help restore your levels to healthy ranges.
If it makes sense to begin your HRT program, you can receive your first treatment before you leave! For convenience, you can take up to 8 doses home with you
Everyone has hormones, and they influence far more than most people realize. Metabolism, energy, mood, sleep, body composition, and cognitive function are all affected by hormonal balance. When levels drift outside of healthy ranges, it’s common to feel “off” in ways that are easy to dismiss as stress or aging, even when something deeper may be going on.
There’s no shortage of options when it comes to hormone therapy. Online clinics, telehealth platforms, and one-size-fits-all programs are everywhere. Elite Health HRT was built to offer something different for patients in the North Atlanta area — a place where care is thorough, in-person, and guided by data, not shortcuts. We believe patients deserve to be evaluated carefully and treated as individuals, not numbers on a spreadsheet.
Care starts with context. Every new patient begins with a conversation to understand medical history, symptoms, lifestyle, and goals. This is followed by comprehensive lab work. From there, care is monitored and adjusted over time. Follow-up labs are reviewed every 3 months to ensure dosing remains appropriate as your body responds.
Hormone therapy isn’t the only tool we use, and it isn’t appropriate for everyone. Depending on your goals, other therapies — including peptides or GLP-1s — may be considered for supporting fat loss, muscle retention, recovery, sleep, or cognitive function. These are tools, not magic fixes, and they work best when paired with healthy habits and consistency.
We’re a cash-pay clinic by design, which gives us the flexibility to focus on thoughtful evaluation rather than insurance-driven protocols. Our role is to provide clarity, context, and responsible care — and to help you decide whether this approach is right for you, without pressure or obligation.

While hormone therapy can play an important role, it’s not always the full answer. Depending on your goals, we may recommend additional therapies to support fat loss, recovery, sleep, or overall metabolic health. These options are used selectively — as tools — and always guided by labs, symptoms, and response over time.

Prescription-based options may be used to support fat loss and metabolic health when appropriate. These treatments are considered carefully and often paired with lifestyle changes to help preserve lean mass and support sustainable progress — not quick fixes.

Peptides may be used to support specific goals like recovery, sleep quality, body recomposition, or cognitive function. They’re not shortcuts — they work best when used intentionally, often alongside hormone therapy or on their own, depending on individual needs.
Supports fat breakdown, improves insulin sensitivity, and boosts metabolic function — which boosts energy & weight loss
Promotes deeper, more restorative sleep while supporting recovery, hormone balance, and nighttime repair processes.
Combines powerful peptides to speed recovery, reduce inflammation, and repair muscle & tissues more effectively

IV hydration therapy is offered without memberships or recurring plans. $55 for 500 mL or $110 for 1000 mL, with appointments available and walk-ins welcome.
Designed to support hydration and nutrient levels during periods of stress or illness.
Below are answers to common questions about care at Elite Health HRT, including how we evaluate fit, what the process looks like, and what to expect over time.
We start by gathering data. This means drawing blood samples for comprehensive lab analysis, measuring body composition, and discussing symptoms. Our practitioners also consider factors like your stage of life, health goals, and overall patient history.
Your first visit is focused on gathering information. You’ll meet with one of our nurse practitioners, have blood drawn for lab testing, and complete a body composition scan. We’ll also talk through your symptoms, goals, and any questions you have.
Once lab results are back — typically within a few days — you’ll return for a follow-up visit. During that appointment, your practitioner will review your results in detail and walk through a personalized care plan. There’s no obligation to start treatment — you decide how to move forward.
Everyone responds differently. Some people notice early changes, while others see progress more gradually. We track symptoms, labs, and overall response over time and adjust care as needed, with an emphasis on safe, sustainable improvement rather than quick fixes.
All medications and therapeutics are sourced from U.S.-based compounding pharmacies and pharmaceutical partners that meet regulatory and quality standards. These partners are routinely inspected and certified, and all therapies are prescribed and overseen by our clinical team. We don’t source anything from overseas or unverified suppliers.
That depends on your care plan and preferences. Some patients self-administer medications at home as directed, while others prefer in-clinic administration by our team. Certain services still require periodic visits for labs or treatment. We’ll outline expectations clearly so care fits into your routine.
We operate as a cash-pay clinic so we can spend more time with patients and make care decisions based on clinical judgment — not insurance requirements. This allows for more personalized treatment, broader lab options, and far fewer constraints on how care is delivered. We’re transparent about pricing, and many patients are able to use HSA or FSA cards for our services.
Yes. Appointments with our nurse practitioners are not billed. This includes visits to review labs, discuss options, and answer questions. Lab testing and any medications or therapies are separate and are reviewed clearly upfront, so you know exactly what to expect before moving forward.
Elite Health HRT is a family-owned & operated clinic in Roswell, Georgia. Our founders, Tom and Kitty Houston, are committed to helping our patients achieve and maintain proper hormone balance for optimal health & wellness. No matter where you are on your health journey, our experienced team of healthcare professionals is here to provide evidenced-based treatments every step of the way.
After spending years in the nursing field, Kitty became a family nurse practitioner to help men & women naturally solve the root causes of health issues – rather than medicating symptoms.
At 45, she experienced the negative effects of imbalanced hormones firsthand. It was this time-period that made her realize how many others also suffer from similar challenges.
Since then, she’s helped thousands of patients (including herself) reclaim their health through HRT treatments!
While Kitty spends most of her time in patient-facing consultations, Tom oversees the clinic’s day-to-day operations and ensures Elite Health HRT provides the best & most reliable HRT treatments in the Atlanta area.
Tom has personally experienced how beneficial TRT treatments & other holistic therapies can be for men. He now brings a wealth of business experience to the clinic after spending decades in corporate sales & leadership roles.
Walk-ins are always welcome, or you can book an appointment online.
