We’re located in Hickory Flat Commons shopping center, just to the right of the main Kroger. You’ll see the Elite Health HRT signage at Suite 100.
Free parking is available in the shared lot directly outside our clinic. You can park near our suite and walk straight to the entrance.

If testing makes sense, we can draw your labs right here at the Roswell clinic. Your provider may recommend different labs based on what you discuss during your consultation.
Once your results are back, you’ll meet with your provider to review your labs, symptoms, and overall health picture together. We’ll explain what we’re seeing and discuss your options.
If treatment makes sense, we’ll build a plan around your results and goals. If it doesn’t, we’ll tell you that too. The goal is to make an informed decision, not to put everyone on the same protocol.

Yes. We use an InBody scanner to measure body composition and help establish a baseline for tracking progress. Active patients are welcome to step on the InBody during any visit.
