HRT for women addresses hormone-related changes that may affect energy, mood, sleep, and overall well-being. Rather than treating symptoms alone, HRT focuses on restoring natural balance using bioidentical hormones.
At Elite Health HRT, care is individualized and guided by symptoms, comprehensive testing, and ongoing medical oversight. If you’d like to learn more, you’re welcome to schedule a free in-person consultation with one of our providers.
All treatments are provided in-clinic by licensed medical professionals. We do not offer online prescriptions or ship medications.
For branding and illustrative purpose
When female hormones are properly evaluated and treated under medical supervision, many women notice improvements in overall wellness and meaningful relief from symptoms. Individual responses vary.

Here’s a quick overview of how our process works.
You’ll meet in person with a licensed provider to talk through your symptoms, health history, and goals. This visit helps determine whether further evaluation makes sense and gives you space to ask questions. All consults are free of charge.
If you decide to move forward, we’ll draw blood in the clinic for lab testing. Once results are back, we’ll schedule time to review them together.
Your provider will explain your results in plain English and walk through whether hormone therapy makes sense for you. If it doesn’t, we’ll talk through other options.
If HRT is appropriate, treatment starts with a personalized plan and regular follow-up. The focus is steady, long-term care — not rushing you into anything.
Hormone therapy isn’t a one-size-fits-all solution. Whether HRT makes sense depends on your symptoms, lab results, and overall health. This section is meant to help you decide whether it’s worth exploring further. When in doubt, you can book a consult with one of our providers to discuss further.

We focus on medically guided, long-term hormone care — not shortcuts, hype, or one-size-fits-all protocols.

We don’t make recommendations based on symptoms alone. Every plan is informed by comprehensive lab work, your health history, and how your hormones interact together — not isolated numbers or assumptions.

Labs are drawn in the clinic and reviewed with you directly. Treatment plans evolve based on how you respond over time — not locked into a preset protocol or subscription model.

Our goal is to support hormonal balance safely and responsibly. Dosing is personalized, adjusted carefully, and monitored consistently — not pushed beyond what’s appropriate.

HRT isn’t about quick fixes. We focus on consistency, education, and ongoing oversight so you understand why you’re on treatment and how it supports your long-term health.
In-person visit with a licensed provider. No obligation to begin treatment.
Our goal is to make personalized therapy accessible for women of all ages & backgrounds. At other clinics, you can easily spend from $500 to $1,000 just to start a one-size-fits-all protocol. At Elite Health HRT, you can get personalized care for a fraction of the price.

Clear answers to common questions about HRT, treatment decisions, and what to expect.
If symptoms are affecting your quality of life — and your history + labs suggest hormones are part of the picture — HRT may be worth exploring. We look at your symptoms, lab results, and overall health together. The goal is to understand what’s driving how you feel, not rush you into treatment.
We run a comprehensive hormone and metabolic panel before tailoring an HRT protocol. This includes estrogen and progesterone markers, testosterone, thyroid markers, and other metabolic and cardiovascular markers. Your provider will explain what’s being tested and why, and we’ll tailor labs based on your symptoms and health history.
Note: Initial lab work is $150
No. A consultation is for clarity — not commitment. Some women decide to start HRT, some decide to wait, and some find that a different approach makes more sense. Our job is to guide you either way.
At Elite Health HRT, hormone therapy is administered using intramuscular (IM) injections when treatment is appropriate.
We choose IM injections because they allow for precise dosing, flexibility, and control. If your body responds too strongly, not strongly enough, or changes over time, we can adjust quickly and safely.
We do not offer hormone pellets because once a pellet is implanted, it can’t be adjusted or removed. If side effects occur or dosing ends up being too high or too low, there’s no way to fine-tune treatment until the pellet wears off.
Our approach prioritizes safety, flexibility, and long-term outcomes — not convenience at the expense of control.
It depends on the symptom and the person. Some women notice improvements in hot flashes, sleep, or mood within a few weeks. Other changes — like energy, body composition, or metabolism — tend to happen more gradually over a few months. We’ll set realistic expectations and adjust treatment based on how you respond.
For many women, HRT can be safe and effective when it’s medically appropriate and properly monitored. Safety depends on factors like your health history, age, timing, and risk profile. We’ll review risks clearly and won’t recommend HRT if it isn’t a responsible option for you.
Many safety concerns around hormone therapy trace back to the Women’s Health Initiative (WHI) study from the early 2000s. That research used hormone formulations and dosing strategies that differ from how HRT is commonly prescribed today. Current care focuses on individualized treatment, appropriate timing, and close monitoring — which is why recommendations are made case by case.
Not necessarily. Some women use HRT for a specific period of time, while others choose to stay on longer because they continue to feel better and do well on treatment. This is a shared decision that can be revisited over time — you’re not locked into anything.
